HP-UX 11i v1.6 critical impact:

seteuid, setegid - now available (CrUn171)

Problem description

The seteuid and setegid functions are available on Tru64 UNIX, and will be available with the HP-UX 11i v2 May 2005 release. This functionality will also be available on a temporary basis in the Tru64 UNIX Migration Environment for HP-UX.

The Migration Environment contains Tru64 UNIX APIs, development tools, and commands and utilities to assist customers in migrating their applications from Tru64 UNIX to HP-UX.
