Problem description
The following functions exist on Tru64 UNIX but not on HP-UX:
COTAN
DCOTAN
QCOTAN
COTAND
DCOTAND
COTAN(X) - Produces the cotangent of X. X must be of type real; it cannot be zero. It must also be in radians, and is treated as modulo 2*pi. The result type is the same as X.
