If you are experiencing problems viewing or downloading our PDF files, here are some things you might try:

Make sure you have the latest version of the Acrobat viewer installed. You can get this software for free at Adobe.com. This is the most common solution to problems encountered when viewing PDF files.

Check to see if the document has opened in a different window. Try minimizing your open programs one-by-one, in case the file is open where you can't see it.

Try to download the file directly to your hard drive. To do this, follow these instructions:

PC and UNIX Users:

  1. Right-click on the link, and a menu should pop up. Select "Save Link as..." and choose a location on your hard drive.
  2. Once it has finished downloading, open it with your copy of Adobe Acrobat, or the free viewer available from the Adobe website ( http://www.adobe.com ).
