Description The HP-UX Software Transition Kit contains both tools and documentation and can be installed on your source platform, your destination platform, or both. The STK consists of: - A set of file scanning tools with associated database and information, which checks source files, makefiles, and scripts for identifiers which may indicate transition problems.
- A library of useful reference documents, porting stories, and how-to guides.
- Man pages (reference pages) or links to man pages on the HP Technical documentation site.
- A search engine which searches the man pages, impacts and documents.
