Description

Free membership is required to download software from DSPP
  • Existing members: If you are an existing member, please sign in. If after you sign-in you still cannot access software downloads and you see a "Join DSPP" link on the right side of the DSPP home page, you are an HP Passport member but not yet a DSPP member. Click on the "Join DSPP" link and complete your DSPP registration.
  • Non-members: To become a DSPP member, please register.

Software dependencies • HP-UX Software Transition Kit V2.5

• A web browser, supporting at least HTML 3.2 and JavaScript (Netscape 4.x or higher).

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or greater), to view the PDF files included in the STK.

• A web server is recommended. The HP Apache-based web server with strong security is available free of charge for HP-UX 11i systems.


Description

The HP-UX Software Transition Kit supplemental Japanese documents package contains HP-UX STK 2.5 documentation translated in Japanese. The STK documents have been localized, but they do not include the software tools necessary to make the STK complete. Therefore, you need to install HP-UX STK v2.5 prior to installing the supplemental Japanese documents.

Version 2.3 of the supplemental Japanese documents is provided for customers who still have HP-UX 10.20 servers. If you install version 2.3 of the Japanese documents, you will have to also install version 2.3 of the HP-UX STK.
