HP aC++ documentation

NEW! Documentation has now moved from the www.docs.hp.com site to HP Business Support Center (BSC). The documents for HP C/aC++ for PA-RISC are available at http://www.hp.com/go/hpux-C-PA-RISC-docs. Between major releases, HP typically makes patch versions available, which usually are not accompanied by revised product documentation.

NEW! The location for accessing patch information has changed. It is now HP Support Center (HPSC) instead of ITRC. You must be a registered user and sign-in to be able to access the patch database. After you sign-in, click Patch management under Download options.

In general, however, to learn about the specific changes provided in a patch version, link to its list of symptoms from the patch fix list on the aC++ patch page. For example, for information about the differences between A.06.12 and A.06.10, see the patch fix list for patch PHSS_34856. You must register and/or log in to see the patch.

In addition to the documentation available with the product, see the document "aC++ standard conformance and compatibility changes" for compatibility information when upgrading your aC++ compiler from Version 5 to Version 6.
