Platinum Business Partner Platinum designation is the second level of the Information Management and Storage Partner Program. It entitles you to all of the benefits found listed on the benefits page with an emphasis on more technical support and a shared partner manager. Elite Business Partner Elite designation is the highest level of the Information Management and Storage Partner Program and is based on the strategic nature ofthe partner solution in complementing HP efforts in Information Management and Storage-related programs and sales leverage.
